Paul Fowler has over 25 years’ experience working on business IT solutions in the public / private sector. As an enterprise architect he has implemented or worked on dozens of solutions for NYS and Florida state agencies. Architected and helped develop multiple datacenter virtualization, CRM, and data warehouse solutions. He is currently providing strategic consulting and AWS / Oracle Policy Automation services, in addition to IT service delivery and State-wide architecture.
Paul is a senior enterprise architect and technology consultant who brings over 25 years of experience from the mainframe days to modern cloud technologies. Prior to Cloud and Things, he served as a senior team member of the NYS CTO office to drive the technology standardization, create implementation guidance and evaluate emerging technologies like Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain. Prior to NYS CTO office, he worked on a variety of Human Services projects, and was lead architect for NYS OTDA where he worked on various technologies and application platform to support agency programs. Paul has been a leader in Oracle technology, he is published on many Oracle blog sites and recognized as a thought leader for Oracle Policy Automation.
