Kishor Bagul

Kishor Bagul is the CEO at Cloud & Things, an IT Consulting firm focused on Strategic Advisory, Digital Transformation and Innovation Management, with industry focus in public sector, healthcare, and transportation sector. Mr. Bagul has 25 years of experience in creating, leading and advising organizations in both the public and private sector.
Previously, Mr. Bagul served as a first Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the State of New York, where he led the nation’s one of largest IT Transformation initiative, with over $1B annual budget, a staff of over 4,000, and comprised of more than 50 state agencies. As a CTO, Mr. Bagul chaired the Technology Governance Board on statewide matters pertaining to Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Standardization, and Innovation Management. Mr. Bagul also successfully led multiple statewide projects related to Citizens Experience, Business Process Transformation, Enterprise Data Management and Analytics, Cloud Evangelization and Implementations and adoption of social media technologies in public sector.
Prior to joining the State of New York, Mr. Bagul served as a Business and Technology executive at several firms located in US, Australia and India, leading the development of technology product and services roadmaps, and the successful implementation of strategies. Mr. Bagul started his career as an R&D Engineer developing telecommunication and interactive voice response systems. Mr. Bagul attended and holds multiple Executive Program certifications from MIT Sloan School of Management, Singularity University and Corporations. Mr. Bagul holds BS degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gujarat University, India.
